Carla was very nice an helpful
When we found Carla, the line was full and she was having computer issues. But I’ve never seen someone with such grace take customers to the best of her ability. When it was finally our turn, she gives us the news that we didn’t have the right forms. I was actually so grateful bc I had been playing with turbo tax the night before and they were just going to charge me $1500 even though I didn’t have that form. Carla was incredibly nice and informative. If you need your taxes done go to someone with care and compassion.
