Horrible experience with Jackson Hewitt on 37th and Broadway. If I could give a minus star I would. Nika was very unprofessional, she had no knowledge of what she was doing. Some of the most common questions she didn’t know how to complete. And refused to except responsibility for her lack of knowledge. I talked to the manager and he said he would take care of it and look over my taxes but the next day she called with another problem and now I wonder if that was the manager at all.
