Whatever you do do not go to this Jackson Hewitt tax prep Rochelle is a liar and very rude. First time ever getting my taxes done by her. This woman only got me back $4000 for 3 kids. That is the lowest I’ve ever got even when I had 1 kid I asked her to not to go through with it. I’m just going go to my other tax guy, she still went through with it anyway, against my wishes To make that money and I took a huge L she also made me get one of their Jackson Hewitt’s serve debit cards in order for me to be able to get the tax adv... read more

Came in 2 hours before my appointment. Got everything done no problems at at. Customer service was great.
