I love that they are open all year round. I had called and set up an appointment with a lady and I get there and she wasn’t there. So instead I got Jim who’s been doing taxes for almost 20 years. I’m so glad he did our taxes. He was fast, kind, and patient. He sat after hours and worked hard while also answering all of our questions and never once made us feel like a nuisance or bothered by us being late. My tax repair was kind, professional, and did everything in a speedy manner. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.
Your agent prepared my taxes, after my telling her that I did not possess my IRS IP PIN. In spite of this she continued to prepare my return. Although I receive a $1200+ return. I won't without the pin number. I feel as though I am rather dead in the water.
