This was my 7th year going to Jackson Hewitt for my tax needs and they were able to help me out like they always have in the past! I was nervous using a different location than I normally do but Emily was about to get my taxes knocked out within the first 30ish minutes of being there. The rest of the time spent signing documents were full of laughs and chitchat and her personality made it easy to relax while being there. Bonus points for her highlighter matching her outfit!
My experience was awful. The girl didn't seem to know what she was doing and tried to charge me $600 on the spot. I got up and left
