My wife and I arrived punctually at the set appointment and the JH preparer (withholding the name) was meeting with another person. My wife tried to let the JH rep know were were waiting. We assumed the previous meeting would be concluding. There was no acknowledgement of us at all. After 30 mins., the client got up and I took the opportunity to ask the JH rep what was going on.
