This was our first experience with Jackson Hewitt. It will be our last. If I had the option to give zero stars I would.We made an appointment. Confirm the appointment four days before hand. Showed up for appointment half an hour early. Preparer stated she was double booked. Asked to copy all our forms and could we come back Tuesday evening. Inconvenient but OK we agreed.
