I filed my taxes with this location and they were really screwed up my taxes Dennis was so quick to try to get everything done that he missed my earned income credit which in turn causes my refund to be about 5,700 less than what it was supposed to be originally I received my original refund in February and had to turn around and file an amendment because they refused to look at the paper that the IRS sent me and due to the fact that they refuse to look at that paper they amended my taxes which something that should have tak... read more
What's the point of having refer a friend promotion if person doing taxes doesn't put in the code to get the $50 I'm entitled to?? This location royally screwed up my taxes then when I try to get it fixed, they fix the incorrectly by filing the amendment instead of just a meeting with the paperwork, which intern has caused me to lose my apartment, lose my car and possibly lose my kids and no one at this location or any other Jackson Hewitt location including the district manager Chris wanted to help me figure this situation out. They practically just blamed it on me and blamed it on the IRS. They do not take responsibility for anything. I would not reco... read more
