Patel Raoof Was really good explaining things and really helpful and great sense of humor
I was floored by the fee….mr Patel was great just doing his job. But I will not return. Many people rely on refunds for lots of reasons. So when you loose more than half your refund to preparation on a simple form that is ridiculous. My bad not asking prior. Lesson learned.
Raoof Patel made the process very easy and it didn’t take much time at all. As a returning customer I was once again pleased with Jackson Hewitt
