Great service
The website indicated that new customers would be charged $49 but when I got there, it was $149 and the girl who did my taxes said she never knew anybody who got it for less than $149 so I think it is false advertising and I was very unhappy.
At first, my husband and I had chose to drop off our paperwork to get our taxes done. While we were at the office, Carmen instead asked us to take a seat and she attempted to get it started. Which we had no problem with. Then apparently the system went down so she would have to attempt it again later. Again, we had no problem with that.
