Had an appointment to get my taxes done and I need a little help, I had an appointment for the afternoon by the time I arrived the lady was helping everyone else didn't even acknowledge me, I called 40 minutes later that I've been just like you know waiting for my turn and she didn't even offer to reschedule or anything.
The Walmart office was great, it was the second office with the older guy who seems to have a problem with me. It also seems he has had plenty of problems with other customers.
Ashleigh kirk was very friendly and knowledgeable and she made filing our taxes a pleasant experience. Look forward to her doing our taxes next year
