My taxes were done timely and by a courteous person. Very happy with the job done.
As usual, Jackson Hewitt did a great job on my tax return. The only complaint I have is the cost for the service compared to H&R Block who offer discounts for their clients. Jackson offers discounts for new clients but nothing for established clients. And depending on the complexity of the return, it can be ridiculously expensive. Hopefully, they can do better soon.
