The wait was horrible. Almost 2 hr wait. But Tonya was very polite, kind, patient, & professional. They shouldn’t book people every 15 minutes. The computer should give at least 1 hr between each person. I’m so glad I decided to go through Jackson Hewitt even though the wait was horrible.
