I went there to get my taxes done. My taxes were simple 1 w2. Easy right. So all they did was enter the numbers from my w2 to a computer program. No work involved. Computer does the work. My refund was only $269. I thought great. Not bad. Then they said I'd have to pay them $289 to file them. Are you crazy, I'm like it's free to file taxes, all you did was a little number entering into a computer that did the work. I told them to forget it.
