Don’t use the service. I had an appointment which I arrived for on time only to be told. I had to wait behind two walk-ins. I have to waiting 45 minutes. They were still helping the first walk in. What business that allows walk-ins takes them before a scheduled appointment? What is the purpose of making an appointment only to be told you’re going to be waiting hours for that appointment to be honored. Ridiculous and I will never consider using them again. Today on April 9th 2025 I went to the Pottstown location to get my taxes done by Jen. Jen did a great job! Jen is very patient kind and really knows her work well. Jen noticed something that wasn't right about some tax papers I brought in. I was very nervous about getting my taxes done. I thought I would owe so much this year. Jen called two other professionals from Jackson and Hewitt about the situation with my tax papers. They all agreed some things were off. Thank goodness Jen caught it.
