The person that did my taxes was phenomenal. However, I could not believe the amount charged for state and local taxes! They were double the amount to do my federal return!

Don’t use the service. I had an appointment which I arrived for on time only to be told. I had to wait behind two walk-ins. I have to waiting 45 minutes. They were still helping the first walk in. What business that allows walk-ins takes them before a scheduled appointment? What is the purpose of making an appointment only to be told you’re going to be waiting hours for that appointment to be honored. Ridiculous and I will never consider using them again.
