Steve Mondl in Wadsworth was horrible. He cost me over $8,137.00 because he did my taxes wrong. I pointed out some simple mistakes that he made and he wouldn't even look to see if he made any other mistakes. His response was, oh well, i make mistakes. I took my tax papers to H&R Block and they found all the mistakes he made on my return. Jackson Hewitt should reimburse me what I paid to do my taxes since I had to pay to get them redone.
