Costed $500, we make average money decided to get the stupid ‘serve card’ You CANT PAY YOUR BILLS WITH IT BECAUSE AMERICAN EXPRESS IS NOT ACCEPTED IN MOST PLACES PLUS ITS A $5 a month MANDATORY CHARGE TO HAVE THAT CARD. NONE OF WHICH THEY TOLD US. The lady was new and has only done like 3 peoples taxes so she failed to tell us any necessary info. Never again.
I was very happy with my experience and my agent. I was very satisfied.
More hassle than anything. Got charged 700 plus dollars for me to continuously to have to come back or resubmit forms. Not sure I will use Jackson Hewitt again.
