My experience this was good minus a few hiccups! The first hiccup being, the Jackson Hewitt computers ARE outdated, which caused processing power of their current computers to be slow. It’s time to upgrade to APPLE MAC BOOK PROS, to give your Tax Prepers and Customers a quicker experience! The second hiccup was the price, I know it starts at $49.00, but I ended up paying $79.00 dollars, and that was kind of iffy! Overall my experience was good!
