I wanted to edit my review to include our interaction yesterday(2/17). Friday night I had an unexpected issue with my Serve card, that I received my refund on. I didn't know what to do, or who to call, because the number on the back of my card didn't give me an option to talk to someone. So Saturday morning I called Amber at JH. She immediately said come to the office, we will call them, and straighten it out. She did just that.
