I want to preface this review by stating, I usually file my own taxes. I decided to go with a “tax professional” this time to alleviate some of the stress. This stress was NOT alleviated by Maurice Hooper at Jackson Hewitt. Additionally, the appointment took 2 hours. I will outline how below: 1. The “pro” had a terrible attitude. He would repeatedly ask questions then cut myself and my wife off as we tried to answer. He repeatedly put his hands up and told us to stop talking. Mr Hooper was fantastic!!!
The cost was ridiculus, almost $500, so i will not be back. The tax preparer was professional, no complaints about the service.
