I want to preface this review by stating, I usually file my own taxes. I decided to go with a “tax professional” this time to alleviate some of the stress. This stress was NOT alleviated by Maurice Hooper at Jackson Hewitt. Additionally, the appointment took 2 hours. I will outline how below: 1. The “pro” had a terrible attitude.
