I had an appointment at this location and nobody in the entire walmart has seen the tax lady and they opened at 10am it’s not 12:3 pm on a saturday two days before the deadline and nobody shows up. RIDICULOUS!
The lady from 2022 was incredible. The lady from Nigeria who supposedly did my taxes was terrible. Seemed very confused way way overcharged me and I have to go to the office and make sure she did my taxes right. She never gave me a receipt and claimed the equipment wasn’t working. I was there for almost 3hrs. I’m at an actual Jackson Hewitt office to make sure my taxes are correct. I had a bad feeling the minute I walked in to that kiosk. Makes me wonder if I was scammed since I gave my info
My experience was fine, the lady who I seen was helpful and courteous and I believe did the best she could in doing my taxes, I give and A +.
