I needed a new CPA or tax filing resource to help me with my taxes this year as the CPA who did my returns last year is no longer in business. I was looking for alternatives and noticed that Jackson Hewitt would do it for only $149 for new customers. They have boldly announced "NO HIDDEN FEES". I was skeptical about the pricing but they assured me that it is accurate. I’m very impressed with leshunda for doing my tax return. It was fast easy and simple. She made the whole process easy to understand and follow. I was very impressed with the return I got. She did very well. I definitely am coming back every year

My wife and I had our return prepared 3/15/2025, or should I say data entered into their system. The representative could not answer simple tax questions without stating, let me ask my supervisor. The only questions she asked were the ones generated by the system. So to me, the person we dealt with was a data entry clerk. The other issue we had was, we received a call offering 50% off if we scheduled the service on 3/15/25. The person was not aware of this and processed our return before any discussion was had. We hit the jackpot when we found BJ Grace!!! This is our 4th year using Jackson Hewitt & BJ has been our agent at the Oxford office since the beginning. I went and filed my taxes with Stormy at Walmart and she was wonderful, I’m glad that she explained everything to me so I knew what my deductions and prices were for! If you haven’t filled your taxes go book an appointment with Stormy Smith!!!

I was hired by this company as a CSA. 2 days ago I was let go because I would not become a Tax-pro. Raj Patel giving me 3 days notice. She said she would pay me in 24 hrs. it's been 48 and no pay. Her ex-husband Keith told me if I drove to Montrose from Grand Junction they would give me a raise in 30 days. Instead I was given an alternative that I repeatly from my interview said I did not want to do. This is not a company I trust any longer.
