Very good service
I made an appointment and received multiple confirmations. When I showed up for my appointment, there was a woman working there. She said she was not available and "the other guy was late" (don't know what that means) and said I could reschedule. I will be going elsewhere.
It was all good
Area was in disarray. 2nd desk had signage and asst mess on top. Rug was not vacuumed. Sitting area was open to public viewing, my session was interrupted twice!, price was almost 3xs the amount from last year with this company.
