If I could give 0 stars I would, it is 6:30 pm, our appointment time was 4pm, 2 and a half hours and this woman is still not done. I've never had taxes take this long, been using jackson hewitt for 6 years, this will be the last time. Incompetent does not begin to describe the tax preparer. She Has help on the phone and still can't figure anything out. Idk if this is from lack of training or stupidity but I am over it. Do better.
