Received a letter from NY state taxation department indicating my Amended taxes were done incorrectly. I am still waiting for a call back since 5/27/26. I had requested a refund so I may apply that towards the new Amendment. This is how you treat senior citizens?
I’ve been filing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for years and I tell you never again I file my taxes the end of January and still did not receive my taxes. I’ve called several times after receiving two letters from Irs. The second letter was when finally he looked at my taxes because I explained to him that Irs said we need to re-amend them all because of a mistake one of the representatives did I found the mistake explained the mistake to him.
