Edit: My taxes were never submitted correctly and I still never received them. This was our first time with Jackson Hewitt and Joselyn was a big help explaining our taxes to us and figuring out the best way for us to go about our return to get the most back. She was very pleasant to talk to and made us feel very comfortable to be there. All around a good experience.
3 days, 5 appointment times, fees through roof and cost me time, money, and late to work dealing with the James St location in Syr Ny. Thank God Fairmount location helped me last minute.NEVER AGAIN
