Ms. Lang was a very sweet and helpful lady! I enjoyed doing my taxes just because of her! She was very accommodating to the lady before me. She did NOT have everything she needed, and Ms. Lang sat there for 3 and a half hours trying to help her before sending her home so she could get to the rest of us. She showed great patience, and cared enough to walk this lady through everything. I was impressed with her insight, patience, and tenacity as she pressed through everyone's taxes.
