We made an appointment with Sharon to come in 02/13/25 for 10:00 am. She reassured she had this time, as one of us was to make a 3 hour drive to file. The appointment came, we showed up at 10:00 a.m for this appointment. Sharon didn't show up for this appointment, proceeds to LIE and say the appointment was made for noon.
