I just CALLED. The tax preparer picked up after the receptionist had no clue. Tax Preparer needs to go be a probation officer. She is so rude, her energy is negative and the receptionist is clueless. But they want my info, family info. No, Sir!

Avoid Jackson Hewitt for filing your taxes at all costs! My first experience with them inside the Sardis Church Rd. Walmart was incredibly disappointing and left me extremely upset.
