Cheyenne was very helpful with my taxes. However, the manager for the Royse City location shouldn’t be dealing with customers. I specifically went because of the deal for $149 was offered. Apparently it expired the previous day, but none of the signs were taken down. I asked to speak to the manager by phone as she’s not on. she insinuated that I don’t know how to read and she was very nasty after much fuss on my part she honored it, but she was trying to charge me 299 initially and not budging.
