Avoid this place at all cost take your business elsewhere. They will double book and expect ypu to come in when THEY have something available. I had a 10AM appointment that they double booked and was told they had 2 tax agents there which they dont. Called customer service which is a total waste of time including the district Manager Sarah take your business elsewhere aside from Jackson hewitt..
