Avoid this tax service at all costs! I had a terrible experience—they filed my taxes incorrectly, resulting in a significantly lower refund than expected. Instead of receiving the $500 credit for my 18-year-old daughter, she was only given $90, and the $500 never reached my bank account ( no idea what they did with it). Last year, I also received much less than I should have. When I switched to an online tax return service, my refund more than doubled. If I could give this service a 0-star rating, I would.
