The people who prepare my taxes are excellent. However, myjh is pretty bad: no tech support for web issues - which I experienced and had to make a half-hour drive to sign docs that I had already e-signed on the myjh website. There’s really no excuse for omitting a tech support contact. It rendered the website useless and frustrating.
