Lori was great. Efficient, informative and helped us to make changes for future taxes to benefit us.
I love Jackson hewitt. However this year, I didn't have the best turn out. I had an appointment but then I got there and it was closed. Imagine my surprise. I was able to be seen the following morning by a very kind employee. She is the reason I will continue to use this service nextyear. So thank you, to you, Lori Beadell, your customer service is excellent.
Insanely expensive, nice enough staff but in no way shape or form worth the cost. Process took over 3 hours!
