This location comes off as very unprofessional.. for the 2nd year in a row, I book an appointment/show up and no one’s there… No notice, No Callback, nothing. No one answers the phone nor is anyone there every time I pass by this kiosk. Ugh
They are okay, but charge more to file than H&R Block does.
