Shane was so very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend him to everyone.
Wanted to try Jackson Hewitt after going to H&R Block forever. Waited for over 20 minutes and was still not brought back as there was someone else in there (not her fault). This was the second time trying to go to Jackson Hewitt, the first time I also waited 15 min and nobody was even in the stand because they didnt know I had an appointment. Don't waste your time here, becuase they will waste it.
