First time to use Jackson Hewitt tax services. I walked in at the Herrin office. Met Mike. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Left her with my papers to do my taxes. Told me what else I needed to bring. Dropped these things off the next day. Set me up with an appointment in one week for me and my Wife to come by for final signing and explanation.
