Over price for their service. They took half of my return!
The person who did our taxes made us feel like we were wasting her time. She definitely did not want to help. We needed federal, state and city done. City wasn't done. We have never been charged SO MUCH to do our taxes! This was a very bad experience and we will NEVER return back!!! PLEASE do not reach out to us. WE ARE DONE WITH THIS TAX SERVICE!!!

I had originally posted a good review for this place because I thought everything went well. It definitely DIDN’T I later found out I was charged extra fees that I was not made aware of at the time of my appt. Then while using the tool they provide to see the status of my return being filed I found that they filed both my state & federal twice. I had to call their corp to resolve this. (flint location) I've filed with Jackson Hewitt for 7+ years this year I filed at the beginning of January later found out my taxes were never submitted until late January then I returned to Jackson Hewitt 3+ times in attempt of filling my state taxes 2 of the 3 times they were closed during business hours then when I returned the 3rd time the lady was in there holding a conversation with what I believe was a family member or friend my appointment was set for 1:00 pm I'd left after id sat there for an hour and 15 minutes id ... read more
