Was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had doing my taxes I didn’t even get my state tax they took that for a tax preparation fee but my taxes are not done they have to amend my return which takes months so I’m very unhappy and will never recommend this service
I would highly recommend Jackson Hewitt to friends and family great customer service services was fast friendly.
They seemed great at first. But then as time went by I realized they were only out to get paid not to actually help me. I had issues to work out and they saw an opportunity to get paid. They charged me so much. And didn't even have everything finished or even knew if they sent it in. Kept asking for documents to send to the IRS but yet they told me they filed my taxes already and took their fee. They don't call you back when you need them. They are rude and don't care about you or your family. They just want your money. So g... read more
