The lady that did our taxes was very polite & professional. However.. last year on a short form the price was $159. This year WITH A $140 discount coupon it was $239!!!! ON A SHIRT FORM. I WAS ABSOLUTELY RIPPED OFF. That means you want $379 FOR A SHORT FORM. I paid my ACCOUNTANT $400 to do a very complicated Buisiness form!! You WILL NOT GET A CHANCE TO RIP ME OFF AGAIN. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW YOUR POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!
It took 3 hours to do my taxes. I wanted to go home and get my previous years taxes because there were questions I couldn't answer and I was told I didn't need them. I'm not sure if I got the best service I could have.
