They scam and take advantage of elderly customers! Overcharged and when confronted all you get is lies. Went in person to speak to the manager, Jessica and she didn’t have common decency to meet with an 82 yr old woman, SHAME! BBB, AARP and seeking legal representation for fraud. Messed with the wrong person. Go ANYWHERE else and avoid these thieves.
I wish I could leave 0 stars. AVOID! They take advantage of elderly customers and fair to make it right when caught. Overcharged by almost 500.00 for services not agreed to or authorized. Contacted the manager numerous times and get nothing but promises and no action. Went to her office today (Jessica Panama City Branch) wouldn’t even come out of her office to speak to an 82yr old woman! Will be reporting to BBB, AARP and anyone else I can think of. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
