A little disappointed that the office is closed at 7:30 when it says that they're open til 8pm and they are over in the Walmart and go over there and they are still closed.
Antonea Hampton was amazing to work with!
First, the 5 stars is ONLY for Antonea. I went in to complete my taxes with Antonea, who was amazing the entire time. She was patient, helpful and so considerate. However, the disappointment within Jackson Hewitt is so deep, I'd never use their service again. Jessica, the other preparer, called to inquire about completing my taxes. I let her know I was waiting for an IP PIN and would complete with Antonea once it was received. She then took it upon herself to void my return and label it that I'd filed somewhere else.
