I have used this company for many years. The past 3 years have been bad experiences. Year before last I was called and told if I come back I would get $100 off. All I had to do was say my name and it would be automatic. When I got in the office they would not honor that. Said I had to have a coupon. Past two years I went during posted office hours and nobody was in. The number on the door was called and the answering party had no idea why.
