Absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things about carol. At this point I need to greatly edit my review. Where Carol is still amazing, Jackson Hewitt does not stand by issues that their banking service is. Republic bank lost the check. There is no way to contact them, I’ve been trying for over a month. I’ve been told my thousands of dollars are MIA. Carol is the only one taking time to handle it, or at least try to get me answers. Romeo district supervisor won’t even return my calls.
