Guessing appointment scheduling system is just for show. Sat for over an hour with no end in sight. I understand doing others taxes is a process but knowing this, don’t make people think they have appointments. One person obviously is unable to handle an office alone.
The young lady helping me was knowledgeable and considerate.
My tax consultant was very efficient, friendly, explained everything clearly, and made the entire visit pleasurable. She was very knowledgeable and professional without being stuffy and cold, a real delight to work with.
The woman who done my taxes for me charged me twice I paid ahead of time in the office. And was charged again when I got my tax return
