The staff is friendly and answered all of my tax questions. The preparer looked over my last year refund and found an error. I was entitled to an additional refund from last year. She prepared my tax return for this year and it was the biggest refund I have ever gotten. I also didn't have to wait hours on end. The fees were also less than what I have being paying in previous years. All in all a good experience. Well worth the money and trust me I am always looking for a good bargin!
