Lisa caswell was a great help. She went up and beyond to help me fix my taxes. She was very knowledgeable about the information that she was giving.
First time experience with Jackson Hewitt, unfortunately I had to go pick up my documents and find another tax service, after being in the office twice our taxes still couldn't get filed. Lisa and Christian did everything they could to help and I appreciate that but the fact that I was made to feel like I was lying about my 1099 job, I literally watched them look up the company and then called the owner to make sure it was a legit business.
