My ”Tax Pro” Quenntoria Simmons did not ask for my documents in any order, and hardly knew what any of them were, at times having to guess or confirm with me what the documents represented. She looked at my tuition sheet and asked if it was for a house I took a loan out on. What??? She tried to end our session before she had finished going through all the documents I brought as well.
