This was the most low quality most basic helped I had ever gotten from a tax person who knows nothing about how to file taxes and provided very little to no advice or help while filing and then charged me astronomically for this horrible service! Take it from me never take your taxes to be done by Jackson Hewitt!!! Not recommendinng them at all!!!

I arrived at 1:50 for a 2 Apt and the tax preparer was not finished with the 1pm Apt. I waited for 20 min before the taxpreparer even acknowledged me and another man who just wanted to drop off his taxes. I asked the tax preparer, Tim H. When should I come back and he said to come back at 3:30. I'm not happy but said ok. I returned at 3:30 and Tim H., tax prepare was still not ready.
