Overbooking by JH online made me make two trips wasting an inordinate amount of my time. The tax prep person was a jewel in every way. The cost was unbelievably expensive for a simple return.
I had an appt Monday 6th it’s the sherman location at 2pm. Sam told me it was going to take him a couple hours to process and told me to come back. I called today and spoke with Sandra and she said that Sam passed off my taxes to Joanna from the Anna Walmart. He never communicated that to me. Now it’s Wednesday at 8pm. and Joanna still has not my taxes because they take walk ins over appointments.
