Made an appointment for 3pm and we got there at 2:55 and waited for the people in front of us to be finished. once the one employee was finished they didn't call us over to help us but proceeded to take a 15 minute phone call . As we were walking out they tried to stop us but at that point we had been waiting almost an hour with no help and no one to say they would be right with us . Set an appointment for 02/17/26 @ 11:00AM. We arrived at 10:53 AM and discovered the office was open. Once inside on tax preparer was helping a customer with their taxes. At 11:05 AM the receptionist arrived and asked if we had been helped, I replied no. At 11:15 I asked the receptionist if they knew how long it would be I had an 11:00 appointment and it is now 11:15.
