Service was great she was very nice but you went to high on your price for fileing don't know if I will be back next year. From 159.00 to 239.00 seriously you need to take care of your long term customers
Twice I made an appointment and both times it was canceled. First one was weather related that was understandable. No reason given for the second except they will be closed even though there hours says they are open until 7pm, my appointment was for 6pm. Will not waste my time making a third.
I will not be using Jackson Hewitt next year.
