We have been using Jackson Hewitt, for the past four years, to file our taxes. However this is the first time we went a Walmart location and it was a positive experience, easy to make an appointment, but you can just walk in instead drop off your papers and come back to sign the return. All in all Janet made it as pleasant of an experience as paying your taxes could be.
