I scheduled my appointment when the price was $150. When I arrived they didn't say anything about the price. When they finished the price was $530!!! Scammed.
Dawn was really patient and really explained things well
The tax preparer was great, but the price advertised changed twice. The social media ad said $49 for first time customers, then when signing up it changed to $149, then during my appointment the $564 with a $350 "discount" for a standard deduction return.
Person showed a few minutes late and didn't invite anyone up. I had to approach her to get started.
I had a 10 am appointment I was on time no other clients present. I am a w-2 single person renter. The only reason I came to you was because I divorced in 23, sold a rental property in 24 and had to split the proceeds and pay capital gains. The person preparing my taxes had to call another office for direction multiple times and then another client came up to the other tax prep guy behind my guy and the other tax preparer guy continually interrupted my tax preparer while he was on the phone asking questions about my tax retu... read more
